A few weeks ago, I shared that I am currently in the process of getting assessed for autism and ADHD. Some of you have been wondering how that’s been going.
The answer is, not good.
As I’ve said before, this process is taking everything out of me, including my ability to communicate as clearly as I would like. So please enjoy this video. It is 100% accurate and applicable right now.

Not sure if this would help or not, but there is a recently published book called “Recognizing Autism in Women and Girls When it’s Been Hidden Well” by Wendela Marsh that I found to be quite good, and may be something that helps both you and the professional(s) assessing you. It provides a list of things to consider and questions to ask that can help to see “beneath the mask” as she calls it.
