
Big family meals around the holidays can be a huge source of stress for special needs children and their parents, for neurodivergent adults, and for anyone with an eating disorder or special dietary needs. With the season upon us, I wanted to remind everyone to educate themselves on their loved ones’ allergies and special diets, and–above all else–to be kind at mealtime.
